Once upon a time...

Not long ago...

There was a big mansion...

Where a little girl named Senese...her parents...and 100 servants lived...

She was a rich girl. Went to the best school in the country and could have anything she ever wanted...
But she was always sad...the only person who managed to make her smile was her friend name June...

June had a completely different life from Senese... June's father passed away when she was 2 and her mother work as a servant for Senese.

Thats how June meet Senese... since then, the only mission in her life was to make Senese happy...

Their afternoons were spent in a beautiful valley outside their town, collecting daffodils. Then, when they got tired, they would soak their feet in the cooling spring near by...

Ever since Senese met June, she was able to smile abit more... And so, that was how the girls spent their afternoons... and it went on for months and months...

Then, on one fine day, June didn't turn up to play with Senese... Her mother didn't turn up at the mansion either.. Untill that night, there was a faint knock in the door... June's mother rushed to Senese's room... her face stained by tears... eyes puffy from crying... Then, she kneeled down infront of Senese... and said "Little miss... I'm sorry... June has left us."

Her last words were like knives piercing into Senese's heart... Her eyes started to fill with tears... she bent down and started crying... she asked "What happened to her? Why did she..."

"This morning, June found a baby bird which had fallen down from it's nest... so she carried the bird and started finding its nest... then, she found the nest on top of a very tall tree... I told her to be careful. June managed to place the bird back at the nest...but suddenly...there was a great wind... and... and June fell...from the tree...everything happened so fast... when I got to June.. it was too late... I'm sorry..."

That night was the longest night for Senese... her heart was aching from the tears... and she told herself she didn't want to wake up for another day... She didn't want to wake up ever again... then, slowly... her eyes closed...and she fell into a deep sleep...

That night, in her dreams... June appeared. She was smiling as usual...then, a pair of heavenly white wings appeared from June's back... and she drifted above the ground...

Then, June said " Nothing is gone forever... just take this as a short parting for us... there are many thing I haven't do in my life... Please help me fufil them... We'll meet again when its time... Until then..."

And slowly, she flew up to the stary sky above... That night, Senese woke up.. she wasn't sure if it was a dream. But she understood what June said... she'll continue living for June...

So, from that day, Senese lived her life to the fullest... and did alot of things in life that June couldn't... she always smiled for June...and lived a happy life for many years...

Then, one night, Senese saw June in her dreams again... This time, June was calling out for her... with a smile... Senese knew that her time had come... so, she followed June and walked into the beautiful horizon...

The next day... Senese didn't woke up... she was found lying beautifully on her bed... with a beautiful white feather in her hand....
